Happy Man Bitters suspends sponsorship agreement with Kotoko National Circles Council

The the signing of  a sponsorship agreement between the National Circles Council and Charger Limited; producers of Happy Man Bitters have been suspended indefinately.

Charger Limited;producers of Happy Man Bitters signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Circles Council of Kumasi Asante Kotoko and was expected to sign a sponsorship agreement on Tuesday, November 28.

However, due to some last minute ‘hold off’ with the management of the team, the two parties could not add a legal seal to their agreement.

A statement from Charger Limited indicates that the sponsorship agreement has been put on hold indefinately.

“Management of Charger Limited; producers of the bitters of finest quality, Happy Man Bitters wishes to announce that, signing of the sponsorship agreement between our company and the National Circles Council of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been put on hold indefinitely”.

The statement further indicated that since as a brand it believes in healthy business relationships, it expects that National Circles Council to settle any discrepancies with the management of the team.

“Though unfortunate, our already planned partnership agreement with the National Circles Council has to be suspended because our brand, believes in healthy and decorous business relationship.  Charger Limited jealously protect this.We will want all discrepancies between the Management of the club and National Circles Council resolved.”

However, the statement indicated that the Memoradum of Understanding is still valid and both parties are expected to respect it.

Management of Charger Limited; producers of the bitters of finest quality, Happy Man Bitters wishes to announce that, signing of the sponsorship agreement between our company and the National Circles Council of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been put on hold indefinitely.
This has become necessary because of a ‘hold off’ that ensued between the Executives of the National Circles Council and club officials prior to the launching of our relationship which, is expected to be resolved.
Though unfortunate, our already planned partnership agreement with the National Circles Council has to be suspended because our brand, believes in healthy and decorous business relationship. Charger Limited jealously protect this.We will want all discrepancies between the Management of the club and National Circles Council resolved.
Meanwhile, the memorandum of understanding between Charger Limited and the National Circles Council stays absolute and expected to be respected by both parties.
