Head Communication at Zylofon Media, Sammy Baah known in the showbiz circles as Sammy Flex has said although Ghana has talents, the entertainment industry in the country is struggling to find its feet because of the lack of funds to support talents achieve their dreams.

According to him, other countries have thriving entertainment industries but that cannot be said about Ghana hence most talents have to shield their innate abilities and focus on other things which will fetch them enough funds.

Sammy Flex who was speaking to A1 Radio’s Kofi Asante said against that backdrop, Zylofon media set up a fund with One million dollars seed money to invest in the arts industry in order to make it a lucrative and thriving industry like it is in other countries.

He indicated that the fund will boost interest in the industry as players will now have a solid backing whenever they want to venture into anything that seeks to boost the industry.

The radio personality indicated that entertainment players who would want to access the funds can send a proposal to the office of Zylofon media and their proposals will be vetted and the monies will be provided without interest.
