A Development Economist with the University for Development Studies(UDS), Dr. Michael Adongo says the 2019 Budget Statement presented by the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta last Thursday is without hope for the turn around of the Ghanaian economy.
Dr. Adongo explained that, the 2019 Budget does not concentrates massively on industrialization, which is the major factor for the development of a country.
The Development Economist who was speaking on Daybreak Upper East, on Monday November 19, 2018, said Ghanaians should lessen their hopes as the Budget is not different from other previous ones presented.
