One of the suspended New Patriotic Party communicators in the Upper East Region, Wilson Dabuo has apologised to the Deputy Upper East Regional and Member of Parliament for Zebila, Frank Fuseini Adongo, with a letter through the Regional Executive Committee of the party.

The letter follows a verbal apology Mr. Dabuo had rendered on July 19, 2019 when he met the Regional Executives over some comments he had made on A1Radio about how the Member of Parliament for Zebila is losing touch with the people of the constituency and how difficult it has made the work of party communicators.

His comments did not go down well with the Deputy Regional Minister and the Regional Executive Committee of the NPP, hence his indefinite suspension.

A portion of the letter reads : “I would like to offer my straightest apologies to the rank and file of the party for my conduct. I have let down the people who put their faith in me, and I would do everything in my clout to learn from this unwelcome gaffe and to gain back that trust.
On the July 15, 2019, I was a panelist on A1 Radio analysis program dubbed Daybreak Upper East in which I made certain pronouncements against Hon. Frank Fuseini Adongo. There is no excuse for my failure to live up to my duties and responsibilities as a communicator of the party.”

It is not clear if the party will call Wilson Dabuo back from his indefinite suspension immediately or not.
