Parliamentary Candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party for Bongo ,Peter Ayinbisa has mobilized personal funds to procure some items and donated to the Zorko Health Center to support the facility in the fight against COVID 19.
This donation By Peter Ayinbisa who doubles as the District Chief Executive for Bongo was to augment what the District Assembly and other organizations had presented to all health facilities and markets in the District.
He said “my wife Clemencia and I had arranged to make this little donation to the Bongo Soe health Center but our son Richard Asamani had presented similar items to the Soe health center coupled with a request by Madam Veronica Atiah, the in-charge of the Zorko Health Center particularly the provision of the thermometer which has become very expensive and difficult to find. Hence our choice of this facility”.
The items presented included;one Non-contact infrared thermometer,Ten gallons of liquid soap,Fifteen roles of tissue and a substantial liters of Sunlight liquid soap.
According to Mr.Ayinbisa “this I believe might be of some support to the Center as Government alone cannot provide all the needed equipment to health workers to fight this novel coronavirus which has no respect for the human race. I also made a little donation to the Palace of the Kodorigo Chief.I want to use this opportunity to appeal to individuals and groups to contribute their widow’s might to contain the spread of the virus.
