The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Food Buffer Stock Company (NAFCO), Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, has donated 75 motorbikes to the Upper East Regional Executives of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The brand new motorbikes are to be distributed, 5 to each of the 15 constituencies in the region.
Speaking to the media at a short presentation ceremony, Alhaji Aludiba said the motorbikes were purchased from his personal coffers as part of his contribution to support the campaign of the NPP in the region ahead of the 2020 general elections.
He expressed hope that the logistics would be of help in facilitating the party’s campaign for victory.
Receiving the motorbikes on behalf of the party, Upper East Regional Chairman of the NPP, Lawyer Anthony Namoo, commended Alhaji Aludiba for the gesture.
