Former Director-General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), Richard Anamoo, has donated five Apsonic motor bikes to support campaign activities of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bolgatanga Central Constituency of the Upper East Region.
Handing over the motor bikes to the party on behalf of the Former Director- General of GPHA, Chairman for Yorogo Ward NDC, Set Azusiyine, disclosed the reason behind the gesture.
He said “Richard Anamoo is an NDC party member who has donated this five motor bikes to the party. And I am NDC ward chairman at Yorogo so I brought them to hand over on his behalf, and the reason for him doing this is to facilitate the campaigning for victory on December 7th 2020 for the party. And that is for both His excellence former president John Dramani Mahama and Honorable Isaac Adongo so that together the rescue miss can move on and move on well.”
Bolgatanga Central Constituency Chairman of the NDC, George Ayanure, who received the donation on behalf of the party, commended Mr. Anamoo for the kind gesture.
He noted that the donated motor bikes had come at the right time, and will go a long way to help the party in terms of transportation, emphasizing the need to reach-out to the grass roots and deliver the party’s 2020 campaign message to the entire Constituency.
