Former Upper East Regional Minister, Rockson Ayine Bukari, has urged constituents of Bolgatanga East in the Upper East Region to consider the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as the best option and vote massively for it come December 7.
He made this call at an event organized by residents of Gambibgo Tingre, a community in the Bolgatanga East District to honor and show appropriation to the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area, Rev. Emmanuel Abugri Abole, for what they described as his quick responds to their decade long cry for electricity.
According the Former Regional Minister, NPP is a visionary political party which is always willing to work for the development of Ghana.
Mr. Bukari recalled some infrastructural projects he undertook in Gambibgo community while serving in office under the NPP government; and urged the residents to vote for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and NPP’s Parliamentary Candidate, Rev. Emmanuel Abugri Abole, who doubles as DCE for the area, to bring them more development.
“The Gambibgo Junior High School as well as the Teachers’ Quarters and other projects, I build them under the NPP government. So I want to say that the NPP party and president Nana Akufo Addo have vision for this country that is why they are implementing a number of programs and policies.”
“I therefore call on everybody here to vote for Honorable Abole and president Nana Akufo, you should give Nana four more years and also vote for Abole to go to parliament and bring to you more development, so on the election day 7th December what I have to tell you is vote number one so that more development will come” He admonished.
The Bolgatanga East parliamentary seat is currently being occupied by Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, a Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General in the erstwhile NDC government.
