GRA engages NABCO interns for 3 months pending decision from NABCO secretariat

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has decided to engage Nation Builders’ Corps (NABCO) interns temporarily for three (3) months. This means that interns, whose engagement with government ended on 31st October, 2021 will be engaged with the Authority until 31st January, 2022.

This was contained in a letter signed by the Chief Revenue Officer of the GRA, Akua Mpiani-Brobbe. The letter sighted by A1radio was addressed to “all heads of departments, collections, offices, & units”.

“We write to inform you that, Management has been given approval to offer a three (3) month temporary engagement to all NABCO interns, whose internship expires on 31 October, 2021. The engagement shall take effect from 1 November, 2021 to 31″ January, 2022. However, during the three (3) month period, the engagement will be terminated should the NABCO Secretariat decide to re-engage them. An official communication will be issued to the NABCO Interns in due course, to indicate their acceptance or decline of this offer,” the statement read.
