The 2020 Best Afrobeat Entertainer of the year, Fancy Gadam has revealed the magic behind his huge fan base and why they usually don’t disappoint him in any of his events organised.
The Afrobeat King once again on December 25th, filled up the Accra Bukum Boxing Arena within two hours of opening the gate for his One Don concert; the same day Shatta Wale, and Sarkodie were all having their concerts.
Such many Ghanaians were surprised and kept asking what works the magic for him.
But speaking on the holiday edition of Sunset Drive on A1 Radio with Moses Apiah, the singer revealed that trustworthiness amongst his fans is the secret to such height.
According to him, his fans are his everything and he never for once took them for granted.
“Being an entertainer is all about numbers. And how does one maintain such, you have to respect your fans. See them as part of you and at all times humble yourself before them.”
He stressed “My fans believe in me to the extent that even if I’m doing an event in Accra or anywhere, they will bus themselves there. So, humility is key to everything.”
The singer however added that he will be touring the Nation for his One Don concert hence fans should rest assured that he will give them nothing but the best.
