Police Endtime Revival Mission (PERM) a non-denominational Christian group, comprising  Police personnel and civilians, has donated school uniforms, school bags, footwear and stationery to a total of 30 students in Bolgatanga Municipality.

Children selected from public basic schools in Zaare, Sumburugu, Winkogo, Pwalugu and Children From Nyame Dua Orphanage, in Pusu – Namongo, were beneficiaries of the initiative.

According to the Founder and President of PERM, Rev. Bright Amezugbe, the initiative forms part of the Commission’s vision of introducing Christ to the world.

He said “God showed love to humanity through Jesus Christ, it’s our duty as Christians to replicate that love. Love is not shown only with words but materially. It’s in this vein that we in PERM have come together with the little resources we have to purchase these items for needy students in our communities. We have identified some needy students within communities around us to show love to them by helping in a bid to promote their education in the little way we can. It might not be as big as people may think but great things begin with a step”.

Rev. Amezugbe admonished Christians to contribute their quota in uplifting society, this will make unbelievers see the love Christians have for the world and make a decision to follow Jesus Christ.

Children from Nyame Dua Orphanage were exceptionally excited saying they have just been admitted to Pusu – Namongo JHS where they did not have uniforms to attend school.

Parents of Beneficiaries were happy to receive items from the Commission and expressed their appreciation to the group.

Police Endtime Revival Mission was formed in 2018 with the vision to win souls and grow the youth in the Lord to be able to serve their respective churches joyfully and to educate the body of Christ on Security matters.

The Commission since its inception has donated foodstuff and toiletries to prisons and visited patients in hospitals with some provisions. They also donated foodstuff, drinks, toiletries and clothes to some orphanages in Bolgatanga with the latest being the support to the needy child project where school uniforms footwear and stationery have just been donated to 30 students communities within Bolga.
