IWHC is a non-governmental organization set up to support women and adolescents who have experienced unplanned pregnancies.

Some of the beneficiaries of the donations couldn’t hide their excitement and appreciation to the organization for its kind gesture.

One of the beneficiaries who gave her name as Rahima and had had a cesarian session said the donation received was a sign that that the baby was a good luck baby.

Speaking in the native mampruli language, her husband expressed his appreciation and prayed God’s blessing to the organization.

In all, the organization presented baby items to ten (10) newborns and expectant mothers.

Earlier, the International Women’s Hope Centre (IWHC) extended its operations to the Builsa area. On Saturday, 6th August 2022, IWHC opened its Builsa area office.

While addressing patrons, Madam Gladys Anayem, the Centre Director said there was a need for joint stakeholder support in the well-being of women and adolescents in the region; particularly those faced with the challenge of unplanned pregnancies.
