The Member of Parliament for the Builsa South Constituency, Dr. Clement Abass Apaak has said the reason President Akufo-Addo still feels adamant to reshuffle his ministers is the President’s lack of standards, and or perhaps, his misunderstanding of same.

Dr. Apaak stressed that this is the only plausible reasons for the President’s failure to listen to the concerns of the people.

“The president doesn’t have standards or understand the word. If not, he will not respond to calls demanding the reshuffling of some of his ministers in that way. His pronouncement was insulting to Ghanaians.”

“Why will he maintain the Health Minister, who involved himself with corrupt acts of acquiring covid-19 vaccine?”

“Why will he maintain this Finance Minister who has borrowed to the level that the country is now internationally ridiculed? I must say that the president doesn’t know the meaning of standard or perhaps, he lacks it.”

Dr. Apaak who doubles as the Deputy Ranking Member on the Education Select Committee in Parliament made this known when he spoke to Mark Smith on A1 Radio’s Day Break Upper East Show.

The Legislator who is on recess explained that he has returned to the region to inspect some ongoing projects in his constituency.

He called on constituents to be patient as programmes and projects that are geared towards their development will surely be realized.

“My being in parliament is for the better good of my people and whatever needs due them, I will make sure they get it. That is always my message and I will continue to fight for their interest always, especially in the areas of education, health, and infrastructure. Our roads are in bad shape, before coming home I made known to the roads minister regarding that and the assurance from him, are positive. So, let’s hope something good comes from it.”
