Ambitious Fc U13 and Bolga Real Madrid U11 have emerged winners of the just-ended Bolgatanga Municipal Football Association Juvenile Football Tournament.
The five days of friendly hostilities which started on the 24th of August, came to an end on Sunday 28th August, 2022 at the Bolgatanga Mobil Park.
Ambitious Fc U13 defied all odds to win the U13 category after a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Bolga Real Madrid.
Bolga Real Madrid, the Junior side of second division side Bolga Soccer Stars qualified for their maiden finals for both U11 and U13, they were able to beat Ambitious Fc U11 by 3-0 in the finals with excellent performance but failed to win in the U13 category.
Ambitious FC after winning the U13 category walked home with a trophy for keeps whilst Bolga Real Madrid U11 also walked home with a trophy for keeps as champions.
Eight(8) teams that took part in the tournament are; Bolga Real Madrid, Soccer Masters Colts, Young Bolga FC, Black Arrows Babies, Bolga All Stars Babies, Ambitious FC, Real Bolga Utd and Boison Colts.
The tournament was organized by the Bolgatanga Municipal Football Association to unearth talents within the Municipality and beyond and was supported by the Mr. Salifu Shaibu Zida the Upper East Regional Football Association Chairman.
