Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University elects first female GNUTS rep

The Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University in Wa, the Upper West Regional capital has elected its first female Ghana National Union of Technical Students (GNUTS).

All of Ghana’s technical universities are members of the Ghana National Union of Technical Students (GNUTS). It strives to safeguard the liberties and rights of all technical and vocational students located all across the nation while providing a common venue for the discussion of issues affecting these students.

Additionally, it promotes cooperation and solidarity among technical and vocational students and other interested parties.

Shaaida Mustapha Aziz has been elected as a representative and is expected to represent students of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Miss Shaaida Aziz is a product of Kpando Senior High School and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Dispensing Technology at Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University.

Speaking with A1 Radio, Miss Shaaida Aziz said, “I’ll work tirelessly to make sure at least 80% of my policies are executed. I want to leave an impact on campus that encourages everyone to do better than I’ll do.”
