Some residents of Builsa South District in the Upper East Region have turned to social media to voice their concerns, urging Vodafone Ghana to address their network issues and provide a more reliable service. The district has been grappling with  what has been described as a “distressing network experience” for a duration exceeding one month.

Taking to his official Facebook page, John Peter Apaabey, the Presiding Member for the District, conveyed the sentiment of the residents, stating;

“Vodafone Gh should treat the people of Builsa South with some respect. For over a month now, we haven’t had a stable network to transact businesses using your service, yet you would simply not mind. You just have to respect us.”

The growing frustration among the community stems from the prolonged period of unreliable network connectivity, hindering their ability to effectively engage in various transactions and communications. The call for respect signifies the residents’ desire for a prompt and thorough resolution to the network woes that have significantly impacted their daily lives.

It remains to be seen how Vodafone Ghana will respond to the appeal and whether the network service in the Builsa South District will be swiftly improved to meet the expectations and needs of its residents.
