The Holy Family Educational Foundation has graduated its Kindergarten Two and Basic Six pupils, with school authorities reaffirming their commitment to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education and character development.
The graduation ceremony, held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, brought together parents, guardians, teachers, invited guests and well-wishers to celebrate the achievements of the graduating learners. The event featured cultural performances, poetry recitals, educational drama, music performances, and the presentation of certificates and awards.
Delivering the welcome address on behalf of the Director, Deputy Director Austina Abii said the school was established to nurture children to excel in a rapidly changing world by providing quality education that prepares them to become responsible, innovative and confident future leaders.
Mrs. Abii said the school has adopted a STEM-focused curriculum from the crèche through the basic school level to equip learners with critical thinking, creativity, innovation and technological skills needed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
She said the institution remains committed to developing learners academically, morally, socially, physically, emotionally and spiritually while promoting excellence, discipline and confidence.
Mrs. Abii thanked parents and guardians for their continued support and commended teachers and staff for their dedication to the development of the learners. She also congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to work hard and believe in themselves as they advance to the next stage of their education.
Speaking on behalf of the graduates, Lordina Ayindenaba delivered an address on the theme, “Self Confidence: The Key to Success,” describing self-confidence as the belief in one’s abilities and the courage to overcome challenges.
She encouraged her fellow graduates to remain focused and pursue their dreams with determination.
“Dream big, stay focused, work diligently, and never give up. With self-confidence, determination, and God’s guidance, there is no limit to what we can achieve,” she said.
She also thanked parents, guardians, teachers and the school’s management for their support throughout their academic journey.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was an educational drama performed by the learners, highlighting the dangers of poor sanitation and the importance of maintaining clean surroundings to prevent disease and protect public health.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates and awards, followed by celebrations and group photographs to mark the graduates’ successful completion of the academic year.
