Three Star Multimedia, a movie production group based in the Upper East Region on Friday launched a movie entitled ‘Pwalugu’ meaning ‘Mr. Problem’ or ‘Ayella’ in Gurune.
The launch was done in Pwalugu a town in the Talensi District.
Mr. Isaiah Abagna Aserakai, director and producer of the movie told A1 Radio News that, the movie was his second since he entered into the industry.
He explained that, even though there were difficulties in marketing the first movie which had part one, two and three, he still had to come out with this latest one, describing it as interesting and educative.
He urged other movie producers in the region to center their movies on education and not profanity.
“I will encourage my colleagues to concentrate more on movies that will provide education and not nudity because that would rather lead our future generations into miserable lives”-Mr. Aserakai appealed.
Mr. Aserakai conceded that, the Twi movies are dominating and moving high in the country because they get all the needed financial support from both internal and external sources and dared that, should he also get the same support, his movies would be successful in the industry.
