Upper East musician Saint Chicago, real name Angel Agmbila, has been recognized as the Upper East Regional Artiste of the Year at the recently held Ghana Northern Music Awards (GNMA) in Tamale.
This marks the second award for the rising star, who described the honor as a testament to her hard work. “These awards mean a lot to me because they show that I have really worked hard over the past year and a half,” she said. “It reminds me to keep pushing forward and never give up on my career, despite criticism.”
Saint Chicago, who also goes by “Queen of the Bardi Geng,” said fans should expect “big awards, big collaborations with top musicians, big stage performances, and big bangers.”
