Legendary Highlife musician, Paapa Yankson will be laid to rest today.
The final funeral rites of the musicians who entertained the country will take place at the forecourt of the State house in Accra after which he will be buried at Apam in the Central Region
In attendance at the funeral will be the President of Ghana,Nana Akufo-Addo and his Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Paapa Yankson joined his ancestors on July 21, 2017 after an illness that got him bed ridden for a very long time. He would be remembered for songs like ‘Tena me nky3n’ ‘Gye Meo’ ‘Show your love’.
