Hiplife artiste, Tic Tac has indicated that Ghanaians especially players in the entertainment industry are a disappointment considering the fact that they have failed over the years to keep records about artistes who have done greater exploits in the music industry.
According to him, the failure of the entertainment industry to document the exploits by people like himself has given people like Shatta Wale the opportunity to spew lies into the ears of Ghanaians.
“If you look at my career, it’s only a few that can compare themselves to me. I’m not the type that makes unnecessary publicity to be popular so because of that people are just spewing lies about me. The music industry does not document things so you cannot compare what people have done in the past to what is done now. Ghanaians have disappointed me because many people have done big things and heroic things but since in the entertainment industry does not document, these boys think they are the only people who have done some exploits in the industry,” he told A1 Radio’s Kofi Asante.
“We are not going to sit down for people to throw dust into our eyes anymore because if we are comparing what we have done in the past to what they are doing currently, some of us are far gone and we will be some people who when are names are mentioned we don’t have to respect others.”
The hiplife artiste, Tic Tac said he is a Legend and regardless of the lies by Shatta Wale he will still remain a legend for his exploits in the Ghana Music Industry.
