Hearts of Oak will lock horns with Dewu-based Dreams FC at the Cape Coast Stadium today in the final of the ongoing GHALCA G8 tournament.
Hearts of Oak booked a place in the final after beating Kumasi Asante Kotoko in Kumasi whiles Dreams FC beat Medeama in Cape Coast in their respective Semi-Final Matches.
Dreams FC is looking forward to winning the trophy which according to them will be a good start to their return to the top flight league after they were sent parking a season ago. Hearts of Oak will also want to solidify their unbeaten run against the Premier league returnees and also kickstart the season on a good note.
The game promises to be a spectacular one.
The GHALCA G8 tournament is a pre-seasonal tournament which prepares the various participating teams for the upcoming season. Eight clubs including Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Aduana Stars, Eleven Wonders, Karela FC, Ebusua Dwarfs, Medeama, and Dreams FC took part in the tournament which had Happy Man Bitters as its official beverage sponsor.
