The increasing pace at which motor theft is increasing in the Upper East region has become the worry of people in the Upper East region.
These thieves do not only steal these motors but also subject their victims to several ill treatments and sometimes inflict bodily wounds on their victims.
In a video circulating on social, a man who is believed to be in his late 20s is seen been hanged and tried on a stick and going through an excruciating pain as he is been questioned on his operations by men who apprehended him.
