Jubilation rocks Ghana as Mensgold CEO returns home

At long last Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1 arrived in Ghana in the early hours of Thursday July 11, after over five months detention in Dubai in the United Arab Emirate.

He arrived in the country, just two days after distressed customers of Mensgold who joined a demonstration in Accra “Kum yen preko” to pile pressure on government to pay them their locked up investments.

The Mensgold CEO was picked up immediately after touching down at the Kotoka International Airport and taken to the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service in Accra.

Nana Appiah Mensa is very likely to be detained at the Police Headquarters as he has been wanted to the offense of defrauding by false pretences.

Early this year (2019) NAM1 was declared wanted after his clients and other close persons claimed he could not be find him.

The Ghana Police Service informed the INTERPOL to help find Mr. Appiah Mensah and brought to Ghana to answer some questions bothering on the operations of hiis company, Mensgold. It then emerged that NAM1 had been arrested in Dubai and was facing some legal charges there.

Recently it was all over the traditional media and social media that NAM1 had won his case in Dubai and has been paid some millions of dollars.

If this happens to be true, then his arrival and possible detention will be good news for customers of Mensgold who on daily basis have been on government to pay back their investments with the taxpayers money.
