Event Guide Ghana ,organizers of the annual Ghana Events Awards(GEA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture as well as the Ghana Tourism Authority has published a list of top events organized in 2019.
The publication aims at recognizing events that have promoted excellence in the local and international entertainment industry.
Prior to the unveiling of other categories, the top 100 events in Ghana have been announced which includes Miss Upper East Ghana.
The beauty pageant is one of the most successful events organized in the Upper East region and by far Northern Ghana by Ayelbis Events and Decor.
The event which seeks to define the rich traditional culture of the people coupled with intelligence was listed (66th) in the country.
This is a great achievement for the organizers who have been at it for the third year running excellently sponsored events by Charger Limited producers of Happy man bitters.
Last year, 23-year-old Rabiatu Ziblim Sunka from Bawku was crowned queen taking home lots of prizes including a new Apsonic motorbike and an ambassadorial role for NORA.
