Former Member of Parliament for Tamale Central,Inusah Fuseini says, the yet to be delivered budget will be full of rhetorics and nothing new should be expected.
The NDC MP who was speaking on Daybreak Upper East said, it was evident that the NPP government has “overborrowed” and bloated the national debt than any other government since independence.
He however, noted that the performance of the government in various sectors has not been encouraging despite the huge debts incurred.
The Former MP, therefore impressed upon Ghanaians to “tighten their belts” and rather expect harsh economic measures, because government has exhausted external avenues for funds to spend.
Meanwhile, Mr. Inusah in his summary description of the 2021 budget, stated that, “The budget will be like a story told by an idiot ,full of sound and fury signifying nothing”.
