Let’s infuse our culture in the art to match up with our colleagues- Rapper Pandy says

The ‘Alcohol’ hitmaker, Asakiya Mathew known as Pandy says the best way the art industry in the Upper East Region can gain its grounds and match up with those in the southern part is to infuse the cultural identity.

According to the Rapper, music is all about telling a story and for someone to appreciate one’s story, one has to tell it in a positive and prevailing way.

Our culture is unique he said, and with much efforts and consistency, we can break the chain in the international communities as up and coming artists.

Pandy who was interacting with A1 Radioonline.com, stressed that the creative industry in the region though is gaining its grounds more efforts ought to be made.

Business people in the region have to begin investing in the art, he added.

Touching on his music career, Pandy said though the Covid-19 Pandemic came with its own struggles, he has been able to release a new single called “Come Back”.

“Come Back” he explained is a love tune that talks about young people and how they now take love to be to the extent that, they value material things to real love.
