The New Patriotic Party in Bongo Constituency of the Upper East Region has inaugurated its campaign team for the 2016 general elections while charging its members to go all out and ensure the victory of its Parliamentary and Presidential Candidates.
The party outdoored its campaign team at the multifaceted function in Bongo Saturday. The campaign team comprises of constituency and polling station executives of the party in the constituency plus a Youth Working Team that will focus on the youth activities of the party while working in partnership with the campaign team.
Upper East Regional Chairman of the NPP Murtala Mohammed Ibrahim in an address said the party cannot afford to fail Ghanaians by losing the November elections but win to salvage the masses from the crass incompetence and hardship that the NDC government has plunged the country.
Former Municipal Chief Executive for the Bolgatanga Municipality Rockson Bukari added that the days to the elections are numbered and hence the need to reinvigorate the efforts of the party in the constituency to ensure that the parliamentary candidate Hon. Gabriel Ade Agana and Nana Akuffo Addo clinch victory in November.
The function was climaxed with a fund raising exercise.
