Ghanaian professionals have been urged to take continuous learning seriously to aid their career progression and make them competitive in the global market.
This is because, in a world where change is constant, staying updated on developments in one’s field will ensure continued relevance.
This call was made at the April Professional Congregation of the International Certification Centre (ICC) held at the British Council in Accra on April 4, 2025.
“Learning never stops. It is imperative that you continue to enhance your knowledge in your field and even in fields you have not yet ventured into. As long as you have life, continue to study to show yourself approved.
Continuous learning is very important, which is why I encourage Ghanaians to take up short but relevant courses that will make them more competitive in the job market,” said Prince Senyo Dzahene, the founder of the International Certification Centre (ICC).
