Johnson Ayine, an aspirant for the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Upper East Regional Communications Director position, has outlined his vision for strengthening the party’s communication machinery in the region.

Speaking on A1 Radio, Mr. Ayine admitted he may not have the financial resources that some of his competitors possess, but stressed that his strength lies in his experience, passion, and commitment to effective political communication.

“Yes, I do not have the needed resources or money like my opponents, but one thing I believe is quality,” he said. “If I’m given the opportunity, I will produce the quality of communicators we need to dominate the airwaves.”

He described himself as the “memory chip” of the NPP in the region, pointing out that many of the current communicators are his mentees, trained and guided by him over the years.

Ayine further emphasized the importance of factual communication in political discourse, stating, “One thing the NDC fears most in the region is when you speak with facts. I know how and where to get those facts.”

He also pledged to engage party stakeholders and members, promising to share his strategies and ideas on how to improve the communications team if elected.
