A1 Radio would tomorrow hold an interactive dialogue about the one million dollars per constituency policy of the governing New Patriotic Partyat Akayet hotel at exactly 10:00 AM.
This forum is organised as result of many questions and ambiguities regarding this policy. On the panel will be experts to help explain, answer questions and clear doubts of all well-meaning Ghanaians that would be present at the forum.
The panel to drive the program would include Prof. David Millar (an agriculturist and farmer), Dr. Michael Adongo Ayamga (a development Economist), Mr. Bismarck Ayorogo Adongo (a development practitioner) and Mr. Issaka Amon Kotei (an expert in local government).
Other panel members include Hon. Rockson Ayine Bukari, (the Upper East Regional Minister) and Honourable Mavis Hawa Koomson, (the minister of state in charge of special development initiatives) who is the guest of honour.
Details about when the monies for the project would be disbursed, how the needs of towns in each constituency would be determined are among some of the issues to be discussed by the panel.
The panel will also discuss what kind of projects qualify to be sponsored by the policy, how is it going to be appropriated to each project and how much will be allocated to the various towns in the constituency.
