A former New Patriotic Party parliamentary candidate for Ningo-Prampram, Sylvester Tetteh, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Youth Authority (NYA).
The decision was made barely a week after President Akufo-Addo sacked then CEO, Emmanuel Sin-nyet Asigri, along with his two deputies over procurement breaches.
Reports indicate that Mr. Tetteh, a former Campaign Manager of New Patriotic Party’s Chairman, Freddie Blay, would be assisted in his new role by Nelson Owusu Ansah as Deputy CEO in charge of Operations and Christopher Arthur Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Administration.
