A newly opened restaurant in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region, named Home Food Restaurant, has promised to captivate its customers with an array of purely organic juices and meals.

The director of the restaurant, Dominic Abakuri, emphasized the restaurant’s commitment to fulfilling a long-missing demand for organic beverages and food in the area.

Home Food Restaurant boasts a menu featuring an assortment of fresh, organic juices, including beetroot juice, tiger nut juice, orange juice, and watermelon juice. Mr. Abakuri explained that the restaurant’s concept was driven by a growing customer desire for healthier, organic options that have been scarce in local eateries.

“The need for organic juice and meals has been missing in many restaurants, prompting us to respond to our customers’ wishes,” Abakuri stated. He assured patrons that the restaurant’s primary focus is to satisfy their dietary needs by providing high-quality, organic products.

In line with this commitment, Home Food Restaurant is working on cultivating its own garden to ensure a steady supply of organic ingredients for its menu items. “We are currently nursing our own garden to supply us with all the organic ingredients we need to prepare our juices and meals,” Abakuri added.

Moreover, the restaurant is not only focused on delivering quality food but also on giving back to the community. Mr. Abakuri hinted at ongoing discussions with the management of the Upper East Regional Hospital. He revealed that Home Food Restaurant plans to donate 5% of its revenue to support the hospital’s dialysis center.

“Every pesewa that we earn, 5% will go to support the hospital’s dialysis center,” he stated, demonstrating the restaurant’s commitment to social responsibility.

Home Food Restaurant aims to set a new standard in Bolgatanga’s culinary scene by combining the appeal of organic food with community support, ensuring a win-win for both customers and the local health sector.
