The Bongo Constituency branch of the National Democratic Congress, led by the Member of Parliament, Charles Bawa-Dua, has presented items to the family of the late District Chief Executive (DCE) to support funeral arrangements.
The delegation included Constituency Chairman Tahiru Aberinga, members of the Constituency Executive Committee, ward coordinators, branch executives, and a cross-section of party supporters.
The items presented included one bull, three 50kg bags of rice, 20 packs of bottled water, 10 crates of beer, 20 packs of assorted soft drinks, and 50 litres of cooking oil.
Family members expressed appreciation to the party for the gesture and support during what they described as a difficult time.
The party also extended its condolences to the bereaved family as preparations continue for the funeral, scheduled for April 10 and 11, 2026.
