Award winning radio presenter and events MC, Abdul-Aziz Lexis has cleared the air about leaving A1 Radio in the Bolgatanga Municipality in the Upper East Region for another radio in the same Region.

According to the “silky voice” presenter of the A1 Radio Drive show he has come far from a point were he had to sleep in a studio and sit to learn under some good presenters the Upper East Region has had.

“I have learnt so much in this industry from some refined presenters that we have been blessed with over the period. The likes of DJ Suger (now Foster Aggor) of Orange FM in the Ashanti Region have helped in my development. I am working to further develop myself for bigger opportunities and platforms, like A1 Radio and other bigger ones.” He said.

Abdul-Aziz Lexis was speaking with the host of the “Work and Happiness” programme, Asapoka Priscilla on A1 Radio in an exclusive interview.

Abdul-Aziz Lexis has became the toast of many radio listeners and therefore does not come to anyone as a surprise that he has become one of the few sort after even MCs in the Upper East Region.

When asked which radio station in the region will he wish to work with aside A1radio, Abdul-Aziz Lexis said, “… moving to any other radio station in the region now is a demotion. For now I only want to be working with bigger platforms like A1 radio or bigger, because of the height I want to reach.”
